"Was immediately greeted by Lily. My agent, Andrea, knew me by face and remembered how to pronounce my name (it had months since I’d last been in their office — BTW new office is quite nice).
The issue was that the mortgage bank had not yet sent any payment from the escrow account (no doubt because the closing was six weeks later than planned). Andrea called the bank, and the issue was clarified very quickly. And I still had time to get to my own bank.
