"I went to State Farm in hopes of opening my own car insurance policy for a reasonable price. Going in I was unsure of the process but my insurance agent, Dulce, was more than willing to walk me through everything and made sure I found the best price! "I have been looking for a good but affordable insurance for the past two weeks due to mine going up constantly due to “inflation” in my area and thank god I came across this one I had entered my information online and got busy and started doing other stuff and forgot about it. Thankfully I got a phone call from Suzy following up and gave me the same quote I got online including bodily injury as well as roadside assistance and even gave me a discount for life insurance I was pleasantly surprised because my quote went down about 35$ from my original quote online. Suzy followed up with me all week and wasn’t overly pushy as insurances usually are. I’m very grateful for her exceptional customer service and understanding. Definitely recommend these ladies if in search for reliable yet affordable insurance."

"No at fault accidents or tickets and they raised my rates. For years I put up with it and when I would ask about the cost increase, the explanation was it's just the cost of insurance. Raised my deductibles and it still went up. I was a State Farm customer for over 30 years.I saved almost 1/2 my yearly premiums by switching to Geico.q"

Unfortunately, this is a nationwide, industry problem resulting from the labor and parts shortage aside from the litigious environment we are living in. I don't recognize your name, if your policy was in my office, I would be more than happy to requote you and show you the various discounts that can help you. Insurance rates are based on individual driving history, habits, and consumer report ratings, so speaking with an expert is recommended to give you the best auto coverage protection. My team and I do frequent policy reviews and explain in detail the reason for the rate increases or decreases and also follow up with you with a list of additional discounts you could qualify for. I hope we can speak with you. We are open until 6pm during the week. "

"Was immediately greeted by Lily. My agent, Andrea, knew me by face and remembered how to pronounce my name (it had months since I’d last been in their office — BTW new office is quite nice). The issue was that the mortgage bank had not yet sent any payment from the escrow account (no doubt because the closing was six weeks later than planned). Andrea called the bank, and the issue was clarified very quickly. And I still had time to get to my own bank. Thank you, Andrea and Lily!"
